Where are you located?
142 Lafayette Street in Newark, New Jersey, just a few short blocks away from Newark Penn Station, the Prudential Center, City Hall, and vibrant Ferry Street.
What are your hours? Can I come in early and stay late? Can I come in on the weekends?
During the pandemic, 3rd Space will be staffed from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. After hours and weekend access available to monthly members at the discretion of management.
Can I park my car in the parking lot?
Dedicated parking spaces are reserved for monthly private office members. Parking may be available for other members based on availability and at the discretion of management.
Do I get my own key?
Yes, monthly members can access 3rd Space with a Smartphone or fob.
Is there a safe place to store my belongings?
Yes, smart lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Can I bring my dog to work?
Sorry, our space isn’t designed to accommodate pets.

What is your cancellation policy?
Two weeks notice for monthly members. Policy subject to change at any time.
What is included in a Virtual membership?
Establish a presence in Newark by using our prime address. We will store your standard sized mail for one month until you pick it up. Sorry, no packages accepted or mail forwarding available.
What are your forms of payment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A credit card will be required to become a member and to sign up for our convenient, easy to use app.
Can I use 3rd Space as my business address?
Yes, please contact a 3rd Space team member.
Amenities and Services
How is 3rd Space different from other coworking spaces?
We are on the ground floor and have onsite parking. Our facility is first-rate and amenities are available to all members. We are family run; you will notice the personal touch. And last but not least, location! We are in central Newark and easily accessible from Newark Airport, Jersey City, Hoboken, Montclair, Manhattan and beyond.
Are there private areas to make quiet and confidential telephone calls?
Yes, we have sound treated phone booths.
Does 3rd Space have free WiFi?
Yes, 3rd Space offers secure, ultra-fast, free WiFi provided by Newark Fiber.
Do you have food and beverages on-site?
Yes. We offer complimentary, locally roasted Great Notch drip coffee, tea and filtered water. Nuts and healthy snacks, coming soon. We also have a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator.
Will FedEx and UPS pick up at 3rd Space?
Yes.
